Predict My Life Book Tag!

Okay, so I know what you’re thinking. Lucia, what are you going on about now? I created a tag! I was looking at posts and saw a tag called my life in books. Originally I thought that you predicted your life using books. But thats not the case, so I’m just making up my own. You know I’ve always wanted to make a tag! I know your wondering how you use books to predict your life, and I’m just going to predict my life using characters and stories from books. Fun right?! Yes it is, nod. Nod with me. Enough talking lets start this weird post!

More in depth rules:

Answer the questions below, duh!

Don’t know why I wrote rules, I think I just like writing things in bold.

Although it might help to pick out some books ahead of time-I didn’t do this though.

Sam Cortland from the Throne Of Glass series (or really the prequel, The Assassin’s Blade).

2. How You’ll Meet:

Well, I’ll be stranded on an island, and he’ll come and find me. And then he’ll be all ‘ let me safe you as soon as I fix my ship’. Sorry what? Did you say something I was dreaming of when this will happen. If you don’t understand the whole rescue yada-yada, read Beauty Queens!

3. Where You’ll live:

In Mount Olympus! I want to be a god! But then of course Sam couldn’t be an assassin, but then don’t gods kill people. . . >< *Face, palm*

4. Job:

Queen! Slash goddess! It makes sense-because*Throne Of Glass Spoilers ahead!*

Aelin’s queen, oh yeah, I can kill people and rule!

5. Final Story-create a story to fill the gaps in your story (how many kids you’ll have if any, how you die, etc. you can still reference books for this part) :

Ahem! Its time to tell you my life story. I was a very weird child growing up. I was a goddess. I had everything, and yet I didn’t. I wanted more, so I rebelled against my parents wishes and left the cool comfort of home. I became lost, and somehow managed to get stuck on an island. My beautiful powers were useless. My father seemed to have cursed me, for everywhere I went, I was still stuck on the useless island. But then, a handsome man got stuck on the island as well. His boat was broken, and slowly we fixed it. We became close, his name was Sam Cortland. I told him I was a goddess and he believed me, I also told him about the small area that was mine to rule. Given to me by my father on my hundredth birthday. After the boat was fixed we sailed off, I told Sam it would never work, that the island would just move with us. But Sam insisted. Somehow everything went okay, and we later spent a year together before getting married. My father approved of Sam. He said that he ‘has a pure heart, and knows right when to act’ he said he as tough. Sam then became a god, thus becoming immortal himself. We had three children, two goddess, and one god. We are still living and have a very good life!

That was my attempt at making a tag!

I tag:

Calliope @ Calliope the Book Goddess

Analee @ Book Snacks

Audrey @ Forwards and Bookwords

and you, if you can understand this weird tag I created! Have fun! I did, Sam is mine forever MAWHAHA!

    1. I hope you have fun with it! Feel free to twist the questions/add on as you wish. I basically came up with this and created it right away without really coming up with questions in advance. So you know, blogger problems. Anyway, if you get this tag then congrats! That in itself is an accomplishment, have fun! 😀

  1. What a creative idea! I love that you get to create your own little story at the end (although I couldn’t read it to avoid ToG spoilers – thanks for the warning!) Thank you so much for tagging me, I definitely plan on participating when I get the chance 🙂

    1. I’m glad that you understood it! You know, you could probably read the final story I originally was going to put a lot of spoilers but stopped a little. Basically, its just how Sam from TOG acts. So you would be okay 😉 You might just not know about the characters. When a book blogger talks about fandom you don’ understand, and characters you don’t know: Ummmmm. . . what? Glad you like this tag! Feel free to change some things around 🙂

  4. Hello again! Thank you for coming and checking out my blog, cos it brought me over to yours 🙂 As I said, I absolutely love this idea- it’s definitely one of the best tags out there! Loved your answers as well- I’m a massive fan of Throne of Glass too!

      1. You’re welcome! Gosh- I have to say I had no idea it was going to be a tv show- I don’t know what I feel about that now I know- I would’ve thought a film would’ve been better cos tv shows can be quite episodic and take more licence with the source material- I’m kind of torn between extreme trepidation and extreme excitement right now!

      2. Nope. But hey now you know. Also, If you read Sarah J Mass’s newsletter-go to her blog and look it up there-I think she said it was bought to be a TV show or something. I’m not really 100% sure, but I don’t think its super close to the release date. So we’ve got time 😉

      3. I know right! See if you sign up for the newsletter then you’ll get emails. This also helps when your in public you can just save the newsletter for later in case you die with excitement-me.
